A parliament is a group of owls

Software for the people who watch everything else.

Parliament Labs builds security, backup, and sales tooling for managed service providers. Three products, one premise: the team responsible for everyone else's infrastructure deserves better instruments than the ones they've been handed.

The products

Three tools, one service desk in mind.

Each one started as a gap we hit ourselves: a threat nobody was watching for, a backup failure nobody caught, a quote that took an afternoon to assemble.

Early access

SentryOwl

RAT detection that never sleeps

Finds unauthorized remote access tools on Windows endpoints and reports them to a multi-tenant console that enriches the finding and pushes it into your PSA. Disruption ships in the agent but defaults to audit mode — it reports before it acts.

Early access

Night Owl Control

AI-powered backup monitoring

Watches backup jobs across seven vendor ecosystems, triages the failures through a five-tier pipeline so transient errors never become tickets, and opens enriched PSA tickets for the ones that matter. Anti-flap detection included.

Early access

QuoteOwl

Professional MSP quoting for Syncro PSA

The whole quote-to-acceptance path: a builder fed by your Syncro catalog, versioning with side-by-side diffs, magic-link delivery, cryptographic verification at the moment a client accepts, and procurement tracking after the sale.

The name

Why "Parliament"?

A group of owls is called a parliament. We didn't pick the owl for the aesthetic — we picked it because the two things owls have symbolized for three thousand years are the two things an MSP lives or dies by.

Knowledge

Knowing the estate cold: what's deployed, what's patched, what's contracted, what a given client’s risk actually is. An MSP that guesses is an MSP that gets surprised.

Vigilance

Noticing the thing at 3am that nobody was awake to see. The backup that silently stopped. The remote access tool that shouldn't be there. Watching is the job.

A parliament

One owl is a tool. A parliament is a practice — a set of instruments that cover for each other, share a spine, and answer to the same standard.

Every product here is one of those two traits made operational:knowledge you can act on, orvigilance that doesn't need you awake.

How we build

Written for the desk that has to answer for it.

Security is not a feature line

Zero-trust boundaries, least privilege, and tenant isolation from the first commit — not a hardening pass before launch. Agents default to observing rather than acting.

Multi-tenant from day one

Every product assumes you manage many clients, not one. Data is isolated per tenant at the row level, and per-tenant limits keep one noisy client from starving the rest.

PSA-native, not PSA-adjacent

Findings land in your PSA as enriched tickets that respect the state a technician already set — no duplicate tickets, no alert storms, no second console to babysit.

Priced for an MSP's margins

Tooling that costs more than the problem is a problem. We build to run cheaply so the price can stay proportional to the value it protects.

Where to start

Three products. One standard.

Each product runs its own site, with the detail that matters for that problem — how it works, what it costs, and how to get into early access.
